The Pyramids of Giza are one of the Seven Wonders of the World one of the most famous archaeological sites in Egypt and were built by the ancient Egyptians thousands of years ago Despite the myths and tales that some people circulate about the truth of the construction of the pyramids which claim that they were built by magic jinn or canal creatures the kings completely contradict the truth and announced the creative bones and construction of the ancient Egyptians There are the pyramids of Giza the pyramids of the Fourth Dynasty and the children and his son Khafre and his son Menkaure in addition to the statue of the Sphinx for a reason that has a different story.

• The tour will begin with a visit to the world-famous Egyptian Museum built in a neoclassical style designed by French architect Marcel
• The museum spans two floors and houses 120,000 artifacts from different eras and periods in Egyptian history The most famous exhibits are the treasures of the pharaonic kings and queens such as the child king Tutankhamun and the mummies room
• Finally visitors can learn more about the art of mummification in ancient Egypt
• The Egyptian Museum of Antiquities is a great place to see all the artifacts that would have been buried in the ancient Egyptian kings in the tombs and pyramids of Egypt as well as some of the mummified kings themselves

• After your visit to the Egyptian Museum you will have the opportunity to relax and float on a felucca (a small motorized boat) on a trip along the longest river in the world
• Here you can spend some time enjoying the panoramic views of the city in the summer breeze
• After lunch we cross the Nile and travel to Giza to the ancient pyramids built around 2560 BC. The Great Pyramid also known as the Pyramid of Cheops or the Pyramid of Khufu is the oldest and largest of the Giza pyramids Made of over 2.3 million granite blocks each weighing between 25-80 tons the Great Pyramid is renowned as the oldest of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World and the only one that remains largely intact Built over a period of 20 years, the Great Pyramid originally stood 146 metres high making it the tallest man-made structure in the world for over 3,800 years
• It will be hard not to stare in amazement when you arrive at the pyramids and ask ‘How were they built And why?’ Were they built by aliens?
• Don’t worry – all of our guides are qualified Egyptologists and will be happy to guide you and answer any questions you may have
• There will be the option at this stage of the tour to go inside one of the three ancient pyramids
• Next we will descend to the edge of the plateau to the Valley of the Kings Kafra where you can get your first glimpse of the Great Sphinx and its temple
• The Great Sphinx of Giza is a mythical creature, made up of a human head and a lion's body that stands over 20 metres high and 73 metres long and is a magnificent sight to behold
• The Great Sphinx of Giza is a magnificent sight rich in history having been buried in the sand for hundreds of years and then dug up again
• There are also stories of Napoleon's soldiers firing cannonballs at the Sphinx and breaking its nose
• Shopping
• Our final stop which will take about an hour Here you will have the opportunity to purchase authentic and traditional Egyptian souvenirs produced by local artisans
• We will spend some time at the Papyrus Institute, where you will be given a demonstration of how this famous paper is made and where you will also have the opportunity to purchase papyrus art
• We will also visit a perfume shop where you can shop for Arabian scents and beautifully decorated perfume bottles
• Returning to your  hotel
  After seeing Cairo's most impressive sights on our popular Cairo tour  we will return to Hurghada and then to your hotel returning at around 10pm after what we know will be a very enjoyable day
